1) YEAR LONG ACTIVITIES:

Observance of all Darshan days as public functions.
ii) Weekly talks on the teachings of Integral Yoga of Sri Aurobindo &
the Mother-Friday 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
iii) Exercises in "Moral & dynamic Spiritual Values"explanations
by Shreeji(Chairman,Mirambika School For New Age,Bangalore),every Friday 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

DAYS OF SPECIAL SIGNIFICANCE:
On the following days collective Meditation at all the centres of Sri
Aurobindo Society are held:

| 21st February | The Mother's BirthDay - Darshan day |
| 29th February | Supramental Day- manifestionation of Truth consciousness (super mind) upon earth |
| 24th April | The Mother's final Arrival at Pondicherry- Darshan day |
| 15th August | Sri Aurobindo's Birthday - Darshan day |
| 17th November | The Mother's withdrawal from her body |
| 24th November | Siddhi day - the descent of the Overmind |
| 5th December | Sri Aurobindo's Withdrawal from his body |
| 11th June | Enshrinement of sanctified relice of Sri Aurobindo at Meditation Hall, Sri Aurobindo Complex -- Observed only here |
Darshan day signifies the day on which Sri Aurobindo & the Mother used to grant Darshan to individual devotees in queue and bless them.

PROGRAMS TO BE HELD :
Periodical lecture series by well known exponents & seminars & symposia
on spirituality in general. The programs to be held are notified about a fortnight
in advance.

PROGRAMS ALREADY HELD FOR THE YEAR 2003-04:
On 20th Nov. 2003, S.A.C.T. organised a Teachers' Training programme on Value Education,
in collaboration with C.B.S.E. It was inagurated by Shri Ashok Ganguly, chairman, C.B.S.E.
About 200 persons including principals and teachers of several C.B.S.E. schools participated
in the training programme. Shri S.V. Sabnis(Shreeji) explained the moral & dynamic spiritual
values as revealed by Sri Aurobindo and the Mother. Copies of textbooks and the guide books
on Value education prepared for std. I & II by S.A.C.T. were purchased by the participants.
