MIRAMBIKA SCHOOL FOR NEW AGE (MSFNA)

The school re-opened for the new term on 2nd January 2006. It worked half day as Founders Day was celebrated. The Founder's Day function began at 10.30 a.m. with meditation and distribution of New Year Message Cards by the Founder, Chairman, Shreeji. This was followed by rendition of Vande Mataram at Akhanda Bharat map. A formal function was arranged at the Cultural Hall with the Founder Chairman Shreeji as the Chief Guest. The Principal read out the annual school report for the academic year 2005-06. Chairman Shreeji distributed prizes to students for Academic Proficiency. Prizes for outstanding improvement & effort were given for the first time to the selected students of all classes. The toppers of Board exam Class X 2005 had come with their parents to receive their prizes. The programme ended with a message from Shreeji to students & teachers to be true to the spirit of discipline, truth & Sanatana Dharma.

Class X had Pre-board exams from 04-01-2006. From 23-01-2006 to 25-01-2006 the Nursery section had the Fancy Dress Show. The show generated a lot of interset and parents took pains to dress their tiny tots in a variety of costumes. It was very difficult for the judges to finalise the results on all three days. The turn out was excellent. Kudos to parents & teachers for the wonderful show.
